We send our orders throughout Greece and abroad.Orders are shipped via ACS within Greece and via DHL to international locations. They are properly packaged to avoid any risk of damage.
The shipping cost is 3,5€ per order for all areas of Greece, and free shipping for orders over 70€.
For international orders, the shipping costs are as follows:

— For Europe, standard shipping costs 15€, with free shipping for orders over 300€.

— For the United States, standard shipping costs 25€, with free shipping for orders over 370€.

— For the United Kingdom, standard shipping costs 25€, with free shipping for orders over 370€.

— For the rest of the world, standard shipping costs 35€, with free shipping for orders over 400€.

Products that are in stock will be shipped within 1-5 business days from the day your order is completed. Products that are not in stock will be shipped within 7-14
business days from the day your order is completed.

Our policy aims to always be consistent with our processing and manufacturing time, so that you can receive your product as soon as possible.

Once your order is completed, you will receive an email notification that it has been shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a URL address for you to
check the status of your order.
All products are carefully packaged and shipped in special packaging to prevent any alteration of the product(s) by us.

In case the product is damaged during transportation or delivery, TIRA TO is not responsible. In such cases, you should contact the shipping company of your order.

Taxes

Some countries may impose import duties or various other fees. This depends on the postal service policy of your country. We apologize for this, but it is beyond our control.

Any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the customs of each region are your responsibility.
